DRY POTATO

Potato drying is an ancient method used to date in Peru to preserve the crop and keep it for a long time (Approx. 1 year). The rehydration of dried potatoes for later consumption is simple, enough between 2 or 3 hours of soaking. The dried potato contains calcium, protein and fiber, it also has a moderate amount of iron, which, thanks to the vitamin C it contains, promotes the absorption of this mineral.
