CHULPI CORN

Chulpi Corn is known and appreciated worldwide for its special flavor and size. It comes from the Peruvian Andes, it is usually consumed toasted (called a court) as an accompaniment to meals or as an aperitif in drinks. In this cereal we find beta-carotene, rich in carbohydrates, proteins and some minerals such as magnesium. It provides fibers, carbohydrates and a very interesting amount of vitamins of group B (mainly B1 and B3).
